American Council of the Blind
2026 Conference and Convention
Exhibitor Contacts
General Information and Booth Options:
The exhibit hall will be one of the most popular places at the 2026 ACB Conference and Convention.
If you are a company that sells adaptive equipment for the blind or visually impaired, are an agency or entity with resources or information of particular interest to ACB attendees, you represent a guide dog school, operate a business that sells items that would be of interest to our members or are an ACB affiliate or special interest group with items to sell, consider being a vendor at the 2026 ACB Conference and Convention in St. Louis, Missouri.
As an exhibitor, you will give people from across the United States and many foreign countries the opportunity to learn about your products and services, both in person and virtually. Turn browsers into buyers as attendees give technology a trial run, check out tutorials or crafts, or shop for products for home, school, work and play. To ensure virtual convention attendees have an inclusive experience, all exhibitors will receive:
A 5-minute pre-recorded exhibit booth presentation to be aired on ACB media throughout the convention and available as a podcast.
An invitation to appear on ACB Media's main menu in either June or August.
The online registration for the Exhibit Booths is https://wl.donorperfect.net/weblink/weblink.aspx?name=E144393&id=97

ACB Marketplace:
- Are you an entertainer or author with CDs or books to sell?
- Do you sell crafts, cosmetics, toys, etc.?
- Is your affiliate looking for a fundraiser?
- Do you have information to distribute before a specific general session?
Consider ACB’s marketplace; if you will only be at the convention for one or two days or the long hours of the exhibit hall are too much.
ACB’s Marketplace will be located near general session and is one of the highest traffic areas in the conference and convention. It is open before each morning general session begins (see schedule below) and is filled with something new and exciting every day.
Your Marketplace “booth” will include a draped 6-foot display table and two chairs. Space is limited, and tables will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Tables are $25 each, and you may reserve space for one or two days only; specify the days you prefer when registering. Sorry, but no food items may be sold at Marketplace.
Marketplace Schedule:
Monday, July 27 through Thursday, July 30: 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM
- To reserve your Marketplace table, contact Michael Smitherman at exhibitors@acb.org or by phone at (601) 331-7740.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests for the exhibit hall and ACB marketplace must be received in writing and will be honored according to the date the request is received as follows:

- May 1 - 31: Fifty percent (50%) refund
- June 1 or later: No Refunds
More Information:
- Booth space will be reserved when full payment is received.

- The American Council of the Blind, ACB Conference and Convention Committee, Hyatt Regency St. Louis Arch Hote in St. Louis, and show management are NOT responsible for contents placed in booths.
- Any individual or organization not having placed an order for occupancy of
