Registration schedule
- Online Registration will open May 13, 2024, at 8:00 am ET for members only.
- On May 20, 2024, registration will open for everyone.
- Registration ends Monday, June 17, 2024, at 11:59 pm ET.
- Registration will re-open on July 5th, when the Minneapolis office is on-site in Jacksonville for those who didn’t register before June 17, 2024.
Registration Fees
- There is an administrative fee of $45 for ACB members and $60 for non-members. After June 17th, registration will be $55 for members and $70 for non-members.
Registration
- To register, you must login to your member account at https://members.acb.org/. If you do not remember your login and password, you may select “password reset” or call the Minneapolis office at 612-332-3242. Once logged in to the members site, select the link labeled “ACB Convention.”
- If you have not created a member account at https://members.acb.org/, select the link labeled “Create an Account” and provide the information requested. After creating an account, you can log in, but it may take up to 24 business hours before you will be able to complete a convention registration, as the Minneapolis office needs to link your member account to our database.
- If you need assistance in registering, telephone registration will be available by calling Janet Dickelman at 651-428-5059.
- See the continuing education tab for information about how to register for CE (continuing education) credits. There is an additional charge for registering for these credits.
- Once you have selected the “ACB Convention” link on the members main page, it will open on an introduction page you should read, and then proceed to your preferences page. Please verify your contact information and select whether you will be attending the convention virtually or in-person. If you choose to be a virtual attendee, you will not be shown sessions that are only available to in-person attendees. If you choose to be an in-person attendee, you will be shown all virtual and in-person sessions.
- If you choose to be a virtual attendee and later decide to attend the conference and convention in person, you will need to contact the Minneapolis office to change from virtual to an in person attendee.
- All virtual sessions are free of charge and the registration process does not require you to select sessions you plan to attend. Zoom links for attendees will be shown on the members website and sent by email.

Below you may browse through all the seminars, workshops, programs and social events being offered. There may be changes to this session information before registration opens May 13th. Dates and times could change, sessions can be added or deleted, and session descriptions may be updated. We will strive to keep this section as up to date as possible.
Kids Club
- Kids Club will once again be offered to children under 13 for in-person attendees. Fun activities are scheduled from July 7th through July 11th. To register your child(ren) for Kids Club, please register yourself (and significant other if applicable). Prior to making payment for the Kids Club attendees, please contact the Minneapolis office at 612-332-3242 to reduce the administrative fee.
Miscellaneous
- The conference and convention program will be available in large print, braille, and digital cartridge. In-person attendees will receive their program when they pick up their registration packets. Programs for virtual attendees will be mailed directly to the address listed in your ACB account. You will also be able to download and/or browse the conference and convention program on acb.org.
- Registering will make you eligible for the daily door prize drawings. By registering, you will also have access to each days zoom sessions, and you can actively participate in the zoom meeting for each session. If you do not register, you will be able to listen to sessions streamed on ACB Media.
- You will ONLY select and receive tickets for tours or sessions that have a charge.
Refunds
- ACB will make no refunds for convention administrative fees, sponsorship donations or Continuing Education packages purchased.
- Refunds will be issued only for merchandise that has been purchased but not yet shipped. A refund request can be made by emailing nbecker@acb.org or calling (612) 332-3242 on or before June 19, 2024.

Experience a thrilling ride on the Airboat Adventure Tour on a 15-passenger high performance airboat. The Airboat Adventure Tour allows our patrons an opportunity to experience the Old Florida flora and fauna of the freshwater (non-tidal) creeks that NE Florida has to offer. Your airboat adventure includes a thrilling ride through parts of Trout Creek, Six Mile Creek, and Palmo Cove which are tributaries of the historical St Johns River. Our captain will provide detailed information and descriptions and tell stories through music and word and let us know about any wildlife that we pass by. There will be time for you to visit the gift shop or grab a snack! The boat is loud and it will be hot. This tour is not suitable for guide dogs. You will be on the water for 90 minutes, bring sunscreen and bug repellent. Food is not provided on this tour. |

Guests will see the evolution of NASA, the space program's past and future come alive thanks to the insight of a few experts. Go behind the gates of NASA on the Kennedy Space Center. Guests will see the Apollo/Saturn V Center where the Spirit and historic scope of the Apollo moon landing missions are authentically recaptured in this enormous 100,000-square foot facility. Guests experience a dramatic and moving multi-sensory presentation of the Apollo 8 launch, then an actual 363-foot, 6.2 million pound Saturn V rocket is revealed. Next guests will explore Space Shuttle Atlantis®. This unique attraction is a work of art in of itself. Upon entering into the venue, guests will be immersed in the human side of space exploration and awed as the theatre doors dramatically open to reveal the shuttle Atlantis. Standing nose-to-nose with this splendid vehicle, guests will be able to view her elevated at a 43.21° angle - a view only astronauts had previously seen. Following the tour attendees will make their way to enjoy a lunch program featuring a veteran NASA astronaut. In this program, guests will view an inspirational video while enjoying lunch followed by a dynamic presentation by the astronaut, Q&A and photos.
