Announcement Information & Opportunities
Official Conference Program Advertising:
Tell the world about your products and services by placing your ad in the 2025 conference and convention program with over 200 pages of information and conference details. The program is published in braille, large print, and electronic formats. It will also be downloadable from the ACB website in June 2025 and archived on the ACB website following the close of the conference.
Large print programs are spiral-bound, black ink on white, 8.5" by 11" pages
- Full-page (7.5” x 10”/no bleed) program ads and covers are available in color on a first come, first-serve basis. Choose the color option and make your announcement stand out from the competition! You will also receive a website banner announcement. The horizontal banner size is 752px X 215px.
- Half (7.5” x 5”/no bleed) and quarter (3.75” x 5”/no bleed) page announcements are only available in black and white.
Please use at least 18-point font when designing your announcement so visually impaired readers can read the print. A smaller font size will allow more words on a page, but it may not be readable by ACBs attendees.
ACB does not provide announcement design services but can advise you as to the readability of your announcement.
Submit program announcements electronically by May 1st, 2025. Email to nfeela@acb.org in an accessible pdf or an accessible word file (converted JPEGs or PNG to pdf files are not accessible). Please include the words "Program announcement" in the subject line.
There's an advertising solution to fit every budget. ACB convention exhibitors receive a $50 discount on the full-page program advertisement: $25 on half and quarter page advertisement.

Official Daily Newspaper Advertising:
Drive traffic to your exhibit booth, increase attendance at your conference session or event, or promote your products even if you can't be in Jacksonville, Florida.
The conference newspaper is published daily July 4 through July 9, 2025. It will be available in braille, large print, and by electronic format. The newspaper will also be posted to ACBs major email lists for distribution.
Newspaper announcements are black and white only; no color. Announcements run a maximum of 3 days; 75-word limit per ad.
Special discounts and advance announcement rates for individuals, affiliates, and blind multi-level marketing (MLM) representatives. Sorry, no ads will be accepted for food sales on hotel property.
Newspaper Announcement Pricing
- 3 days announcement (reserved prior to conference): individuals, ACB affiliates and blind representatives of MLM companies, $40; exhibitors - $100; all others - $125; or
- 3 days announcement (on-site): individuals, ACB affiliates and blind representatives of MLM companies, $50; exhibitors - $110; all others - $140

Registration Bag Inserts:
You can reach attendees by placing product information or branded items in ACBs registration bags. You might consider ink pens, sample-size lotions, lapel pins, signature guides, discount or contest coupons, large print or Braille brochures, packaged snacks etc.
Each registered exhibit hall vendor will be eligible to place one item FREE.
Corporate sponsors at the Crown Jewel, Diamond, Emerald, Ruby and Onyx level will receive a complimentary bag insert.
If you aren’t an exhibitor or corporate sponsor and wish to have an item inserted in the registration bag, the cost is $250. The price does not include printing or other production of the items. Please contact the Minneapolis MN office at 612-332-3242 to pay for the insert.
If a registration bag insert is not considered appropriate, ACB reserves the right to not place it in the registration bag in Dallas, Texas, by Friday, June 20th, 2025. Materials received after June 20th will NOT be included in the bags.
The shipping address for registration inserts will be provided by June 2nd, 2025.
